1. Contest Overview

Rush Off-Road is excited to give fans the chance to win 2 tickets for Rush & Rowdy Enter for a chance to win by following the entry rules outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Rush Off-Road, its affiliates, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

• The contest begins on June 5th and ends on June 9th.
• Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Participants can enter by completing the following steps:

1. Filling their information out on the contest form on the rushoffroad.com website. 

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

5. Prize Details

• The prize includes Two FREE Tickets For Rush & Rowdy 2025
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.
• Rush Off-Road reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on June 9th.
• The winner will be announced on Facebook and contacted via email..
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
• Winners will be required to claim their prize at the Rush Off Road trail head office within 30 days of notification or winner forfeits prize.

7. Publicity

• By entering the contest, participants agree that Rush Off-Road may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

• Rush Off-Road reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
• The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta platforms or other entities besides Rush off Road.
• Rush Off-Road is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Liability & Disputes

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rush Off-Road from any claims arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance/use of any prize.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Kentucky, United States of America.
